What is check-in and check-out time?
Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request (subject to availability).
How many guests can the lodge accommodate?
The lodge features 5 spacious bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests (in beds) plus 2 additional guests using the air mattress.
What is included in the lodging rate?
Your rate includes full access to the lodge’s amenities: the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, game room (pool table, retro arcade machine, Roku TV), high-speed WiFi, multiple decks with sunset views, and resort access within Massanutten Resort (skiing, golf, hiking etc.).
Is the kitchen stocked with appliances, cookware and dining essentials?
Yes — the chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, and all dining essentials to allow you to prepare your own meals (great for families or holiday feasts).
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed.
We welcome well-behaved pets (additional fee may apply). Please let us know in advance if you will bring a pet.
Is smoking allowed in the lodge?
No – the lodge is non-smoking both indoors and on decks. We ask guests to go offsite if they wish to smoke. A cleaning fee will apply if the policy is violated.
Do you provide linens and towels?
Yes — premium linens, towels, and blackout blinds are already provided for your stay. You don’t need to bring your own bedding.
Is WiFi available?
Yes — we provide high-speed WiFi throughout the property, and each room has access to a Roku TV for your streaming needs.
